The end of the year is already HERE and it is

I loved the figurative language activity students with the graphic in the middle then flaps on the side. It was in the foldable section on Pintrest. I have been attempting to find this bulletin board picture AND really would like to see the lesson/steps for this activity. I want to do this for the end of the year activity, soon since I loop.
