Honestly, test prep is NOT one of my favorite things to do. I actually teach and embed the strategies that students should be using, throughout the year. So, having kids sit with test prep booklets and bribing them to give 100% to answer review questions....just kills me!! I think that is why I try to find, anyway I can, to make testing FUN!! (It is almost as much for me, as it is for the students.)
I borrowed my Jr. High aged daughter's name to create this activity....I am planning to try it out with my 4th grade students after Spring Break is over. If you try it, Let me know how it works.
